A U.S. Navy landing craft, air cushion transports the Ground Combat Element of the 22nd Marine Expeditionary Unit onto amphibious assault ship USS Kearsarge, for Composite Training Unit Exercise (COMPTUEX), Jan. 15.

COMPTUEX is the last at-sea period in the MEU's Predeployment Training Program.
